Newly renovated, bright and spacious lower floor in our house with your own private entrance. Two rooms, private bathroom, plus the outdoor pool!!! Perfect for either couples, families or friends getaway.
Steps to two beaches, nature sanctuary and 10-minute walk from downtown and the brew pubs in the North end make this your home base for a Kelowna getaway!
The space
The two bedrooms are located on the lower level of our house. You will have the entire floor to yourself as well as a separate entrance to make you feel like you are at home.
There are also: bathroom, TV room and the eating area with the coffee bar on the floor. We live upstairs and are always available to help or answer your questions.
The space is equipped with the fridge, TV, board games, books, puzzles, beach towels etc., and for kids: pool toys, coloring books, chalk.
This property is in a quiet residential area, with birds chirping and no traffic. Although as of April they are redoing the sewer and gas in the road, but they expect that to be done by July. As well the neighbour is in construction mode.

The neighbourhood is very walkable and if you bring your bikes we ask that you lock them up outside, there is the Rail Trail bike path 100 meters from our door that you can ride all the way to the Mission or Vernon.Other things to note

- Must climb stairs — 4 stairs going up and down to the back door only.
- Some spaces are shared — pool and backyard are shared, please no guests.
